On going to school, Saori joined Kabuki Circle, which is to study and watch Kabuki, the traditional drama performed by only male actors in Japan. She became intensely interested and went watching plays with her seniors.
About half a year after the beginning of university life, she began to work a little at the library of her school as her part-time job. As for her creative activities, she was writing juvenile novels which she was good at.
On academic achievement, Saori did well enough at school, in sharp contrast to junior high school and high school. Involved in creating stories, her interest sprang without faltering and she read a large number of books from subject including literature and history, classics, philosophy, and religion to science including universe and astral body, physics, and so on.
